2. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments through SHOP PAY 

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping within Australia. Shipping fees and delivery times are outlined at checkout.

• Once order has been fulfilled we require 12 business days for delivery.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.Returns and Refunds

• Defective or Damaged Products: 

Due to sanitary concerns, refunds or exchanges will only be provided for defective or damaged products upon receipt.

• Initiating a Replacement or Refund: To initiate a replacement or refund for a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service at store.elizabethrose@gmail.com within 12 days of receipt. Please provide a clear image and description of the defected product in your email.

• Processing Refunds or Replacements: Refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products will be processed within 12 days of confirmation. Correct customer shipping and payment details must be provided for processing.

     • Incorrect Size or Color: We will not refund or replace any products if the customer has chosen the wrong size or color due to sanitary reasons. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size and color are selected before making a purchase. Please see our sizing chart before purchasing. 

5. Product Use

• Our double-sided sticky bra is intended for personal use only.

• Our double-sided sticky bra is not to be used on any women who are pregnant or breast feeding. Or any women who have skin allergies or skin sensitivity.

• We are not responsible for any misuse of the product or any skin reactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or product.
